  2. Dermoid cyst of the submaxillary space
  3. Metastatic Squamous Cell carcinoma cervical node from a primary in the larynx

 

One of these ears exhibits a middle ear effusion. Which one?

      

       

     

Either above or below is a nasal polyp. The other is simply an enlarged inferior turbinate and needs no treatment. The polyp should be removed but this can be achieved with medication. If this is you – come for advice.
